If you wish to return your times we will be happy to refund a product provided it is in a resalable condition. You have 14 days to let the Grazing Company know you are wishing to return the items and will receive a full refund within 14 days of the grazing company receiving the goods back. The goods should be returned in its original undamaged packaging and if we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition i.e. Mishandled or tampered with then the grazing company has the right to refuse a refund or issue a refund in part.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the return postage if you have changed your mind and wish to return your items for a refund. Also Personalised items cannot be returned under the terms of The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Here at the Grazing Company we understand that products can be damaged during transit and if this is the case please send over some images via email to natalie@grazingco.uk within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will then dispatch a replacement or process a refund.
